    VE pro "max memory before crash" question...

    Hi,

    My PC is running WIN7 pro and I have 24 gig of RAM.....It seems I can load up about 18 gig and work comfortably. However if I push to around 19 gig at some point in the day I WILL crash VEpro.

    So do I need to have circa 6 gig free? To avoid this?

    Its fine if that is the case. Just tring to troubleshoot my situation.

    My last PC had 16 gig of RAM and was running WIN XP 64. On that computer the max load before crashing was circa 12.4 gig...
