    I went to finish a sequence in which I used the Appossionatta strings and none played.  Upon opening one of the 4 instances of Vienna Instruments Pro I noticed the keyboard was grey, then I noticed that I was missing these 2 sets.  I am currently reloading the libraries.  I need to finish this project, I am hoping that a re-install and update to the new release will solve my problem

    On  another note, my key is cracked, the loop on the end has broken in half and it is kind of hanging by a thread.  What is the policy on replacing the key?

    So I reinstalled the library and I have the same problem.  What the hell do I do now?  Why did this happen?  I did not have any disc failure or any other problem.
