     I don't connect any of my studio to the internet.

    To load the latest version of e.g VEP do I simply download the latest version onto a stick and then

    install or  will this cause elicencer difficulties with licences etc?

    Yes, just download to stick, then load onto studio computer, there will not be any elicenser issues, as you are actually installing it where the elicenser key is. That is the way I do as well.
