    so where's the support button on this web page? perhaps someone can enlighten me where to turn for support requests. if indeed this is the place to go, then read on!

    i'm trying to install vienna instruments pro and a message pops up that says:

    eLicenser POS Error Message

    File Synsoacc.bundle does not have the expected interface.

    after that the installer hangs and must be force-quit. the error dialog window can't be dismissed and stays until restart. no audio apps are running. what's going on??

    So have you installed the latest version of the eLicencer software?

    Is the VI Pro licence on the dongle?

    Is the dongle plugged in?

    the latest elicenser software... that was it. i\ll make sure i'll open it every day and enjoy the new features. what a crazy world we live in....
