    I am running solo strings on mac osx quad 2.4 16gb ram. Actually I want to run it! It's currently registered on a different account I own but that I don't remember the account (long time ago i installed). Now I wanted to activate it with this email account [email address removed]. In the website it says I cannot because it's registered with a different account. Can you tell me what that account is or how to reset please? Nelson Ponta Garca

    Hello Nelson,

    we have been exchanging emails over the last few days about this - unfortunately you did never answer my questions.

    You have to go through our backoffice to make any changes to existing accounts, especially if you have forgotten your registered email address.

    Please answer the questions I sent via email, I´m sure that we can fix this.
