Extended Intruments Licensing - VSL Special Edition

I purchased the Standard and Extended libraries together and only recieved one serial number.  I had to do a restore on my computer, now I only have access to the Standard Library.  How do go about registering the extended library.

Surely the licence is still on the dongle?

Once you have your computer restored, install the newest license control center and then put in your USB Vienna Key.  Launch the License control center software and it will show you if it's on the key or not.  If it was there before, it's there still.  It's permanent.

I doesn't appear to be on the dongle.  Only the Standard edition is active.

 you have purchased the extended library for the special edition, but unfortunately never registered it.

so you don't have received an activation code and have not been able to download the license to your ViennaKey

product registration: http://vsl.co.at/en/68/141/788/244.htm (please enter only the serial number for extended now)

if you can't find the serial number certificate (or possibly have not received it) just drop me a note ...
