    Dear all,

    as part of my professional duties, I have to write an article on legal issues of film music (I am a lawyer, nobody is perfect...). In principle I will be dealing with both the US and European situation, even if I will focus more on the latter. This article will be published for free on the Internet in English, French and German, and is due for Spring 2009. 

    I would be grateful if you could provide me with insights, actual problems or even what are your common questions when cutting a production deal or monetising your work. This will help me enourmously and hopefully will provide you with interesting and useful information.
