    Hey VSL guys -- I'm trying to download an instrument but all of the credit cards I try get payment errors. I've tried Safari and Firefox, both have the same problems.  It's not the credit cards...  are there any problems with US-based customers downloading? I've done it successfully once before...

    your creditcard might be restricted and not enabled to purchase in overseas online stores (a very common issue) - please contact the card issuing company

    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.

    Hey Christian -- I contacted my 3 cards (Amex, Visa, Master Card) and none of them show the charge as having even been attempted, but all 3 were denied by your checkout process. Are you sure it's up and running? I've tried with Firefox and Safari, and even turned off my firewall in case that was interfering, but no luck. I get a payment error.
