  • Hey Christian - the 'buy' button is now working but on the page after I submit CC information I get directed back to the 'basket' page with the red letters saying

    (-1) Please check your input.

    Logged out and tried a second time to no success.  Just used the card on line this morning so I know all is working there.   I really don't want to make a pdf of my card number and email it to you (even protected) - can you check into this.   I lose the lic demo tomorrow.

    I need two lic's.

    Apparently there have been some 'international issues' of identiy fraud of late with my bank and this hold up is on their end (precaution).  Should be OK now - I'll go back on line to finish the transaction.

  • I am trying to buy VE3 and I am as well getting the error where I get thrown back to the payment page with the (-1 something something error).  Is my only option sending in all of my CC information to you at the sales email address?

    paySysMessage=(34/30320) - The operation failed for financial reasons. (The system is not available. Please try again later.), message=Regrettably, this transaction cannot be processed at the moment. Please try again later., errorCode=30005

    i.e. either the server from your creditcard company or bank was not available for further proceeding.

     

    either this is related to the daytime (night) or your card is locked for this type of payment - please retry

    alternatively you could contact sales[at]vsl[dot]co[dot]at for a backoffice transaction

  • Thanks for the quick response Christian.  I am just finishing up my install of my new 64-bit machine and will post results tomorrow (after I get some time to play with it).  I will just finish this last install of my library and go to bed, wake up and try again in the morning.
