    So I can't recover my password because I can't remember which email I registered. 

    I signed up for a new account (this one) and tried to register my VSL products but it said they were already registered (due to my old account).

    Anyway someone there can help me recover the old account? I have all the registration info as far the mailing address and that of my old account, just need access to the nki's and performance tol stuff again after installing a new external hard drive.

    Hi Alan,

    you actually registered twice.... once in 2004(with French Oboe and Overdrive) and once recently. 

    Do you want us to merge the two accounts? Which adress is the right one?
