    hi! please help;-) how is it possible to freeze the quasi "midi" tracks of the vienna ensemble?!? cause when i select the VE audioinstrument in the arrangment window- and i try to freeze it. there´s nothing on it. and when i copy ALL the tracks of the "midi"VE channels in ONE track, and place it on this VE audioinstrument track, it also doesn´t work properly either. what am i doing wrong, or how do i do it right?;-) thx in advance! christian

     In Logic 8.0.2, when I tried to get the Freeze button to appear in the track header, it does not appear on any track assigned to a channel of the VE 2 plugin while it does appear on tracks assigned to VI plugins instantiated in separate audio instrument tracks. Does anyone know a solution?

    hi from vienna/austria;-) well, that´s why you have to open the VE (audio instrument track) in the arrange window. then the freeze button appears... but, then when you freeze it, there´s nothing to hear;-) cause there´s nothing on the track- i guess;-) i´m going to bed now, i hope i read some good news tomorrow1 greetings christian
