I just tried to purchase VE3 on this site. Either no transaction ever happened, or I was billed multiple times. I'm hoping someone can check if my order went though
But basically it pops up some payment verification through wells fargo, then pops up a "thank you for enrolling in payment protection" and then returns to my cart saying "please check your input"
I would prefer to buy US, is there a way to get VE3 via US?
nathan, it seems visa (and master?) lately have changed something in their policy regarding payments in onlineshops. unfortunately we have not received a respective notification regarding a change of the payment process but we have already sent a request to our payment provider for details.
until now it has been optional if a user's credit card is enrolled for *verified by visa* or *master secure code* and we don't have any direct influence if you are forwarded to a verification page or not during the payment process.
