    Hi Forum! I've got a problem with my Vienna Special Edition... Some month ago i registered and installed the software on my PC and everything worked fine. Some weeks ago i had to reinstall the pc's system, due to other problems. Now I decided that i wanted to install the Vienna Special Edition on my Mac instead of the PC - which lead to problems in the (re-) registration process... i installed the new syncrosoft software on the mac and now it says license activation key already in use, if i try to download the license... if i try to type the serial number in the Vienna User Area to get a new activation key it says: number not valid.... What can i do? Thanks a lot.. take care, Dan

    hang on a sec. You're jumping through hoops that don't exist. You have to install the software on your Mac, but the dongle is fine to be plugged in as it is. You don't need to register again, and in any case, you can't.
