  • Does Samplicity.com still exist? Where to buy the Lexicon IR-Library?

I´ve ordered their IR-Library, but didn´t get any answers nor the product. Anyone here, knowing about this company? Where can I get this Lexicon IR library instead? Thanks for your help!

  • Afaik you will get a personal mail from Peter Roos (also member of the forum here) containing a personal download link. As this was a manual process and the samplicity stuff not his main business I guess it would probably take a few days for delivery. He should note that on his page though IMHO.

  • Normally Peter Roos gives a excellent service. However, if he's away, then you'll have to wait, because AFAIK it's a one man operation.

  • That calms me down a little. I allready saw my money lost. So I hope, he´s on vacation.

    Hello Felix

I've probably the same problem as Peter seems to have: It's impossible to sit in front of the PC,

observing the Online-Shop. Some times you need hollydays or what ever. I've read a statement

of peter some days ago in the Northern Sound-Source-Forum. So I also believe he's on vacation.

    By the way:

During my last holidays I had my Laptop in the tent. Every evening I controlled (beside the gas-light, moskitos

snails and moths) the orders and sent passwords... That's one part of the life of One-Man-Company-Owners...[:)]

So give Peter a chance please. I know him since 2003. He's OK.

Another possibility (hopefully not): accident, illness, ...

    Best

  • I just got a long apologize from Peter. His system is indeed not automized, so in my eyes this delay is acceptable.

Hi friends and thanks Beat for the kind words!

Yes, I have handled the 7-8 pending orders and sent out an apology email with download links.

On NS I have also posted publicly an apology. The background is/was too much work, divorced parent duties and some upcoming health problems (burn out?).

I hope to avoid this in the future.

My job is indeed a one-person company (IT-consultancy/software design), and my current (now ending) project is full-time, which is too much in my situation. I hope to find a good part-time project, which will also allow to me start making some music again.

Sorry for all the confusion and delays!

    Peter
