thx for pointing us to this issue - we will insert a respective error message or redirection.
however this is caused by very special circumstances and a misunderstood privacy concept:
the executor is only relevant for several actions and you hit this script only coming from any page within the VSL website.
to make this sure the respective line reads the so-called referrer (the page you are coming from).
if you try to go directly to this page or coming from eg. a fraud page this makes sure no action is taken.
now there are some *privacy tools* or settings which surpress such a referrer and we cannot detirmine if the respective hit comes from a page on the VSL server or not.
such *direct requests* possibly contain malicious data and are significant for a method which is widely used for trying to hack servers using SQL injection or similar intrusion techniques ... therefore we generally do not accept them.
