    Hi,

    I wonder is anyone else still missing their First Edition Cube manuals - I've still not received mine. My Performance Set manual arrived from Time+Space but despite a number of phone calls I've still not had the Cube ones.

    PS. Anyone know when the first edition free bonus DVD is going to be available and where it will come from (e.g. local distributor or direct from VSL?)

    I have recieved the cube manuals except not the Performance Manual......Is this normal? I live in California.
