    Yes some solo violin stuff would be fantastic! My first edition purchase of VSL has vapourized my bank account and I sadly can't get the pro edition [:(] The loops you will provide are they only for the perf. set? I only have the Orchestral cube which seems to have no need for loops. So I'd rather the solo violin than loops [H] and what about that piccolo flute...hehe.

    Herb, might there be a legato version of the oboe with vibrato? I'm honestly annoyed with the non-vibrato performance patch. [:(]

    Yes, I'm missing the complete range of performance Legati string instruments from that list. [*-)]

    Will the correct range of the basses, celli and Violins in the performance set be included?

    The update will be for EXS and Giga
    (one hybrid DVD with gigfiles and Wavs + EXS instruments)

    Yea!!!!! The solo violin!!! I'm extremely excited about that! Now I can quit grabbing the not so very wonderful solo "fiddle" patch I've been using in its stead!

    I don't know it at the moment.
    If automatic shipping is too complicate, we will install an order option in our shop area. However, it's important that you have registered all your products.

    Aha, thanks Herb, Ik was under the silly impression that new oboe performance patches had been recorded for the pro edition. [:O]

    I hope the french oboe will be sold seperately, I doubt I can afford the whole shabam by then. [;)]

    Thanks for the posting. I am just a little confused though. I only have the first edition brass and winds, so does that mean I'll only get upgrades to those instruments (plus new wind/brass instruments), or will the upgrade DVD also include the solo violin and strings? In other words are there different DVDs for first edition Brass & Winds and Strings?

    Also, should I decide to just upgrade to the pro edition are all of these additions part of that as well? I don't see things like Trumpet and Trombone Ensembles Legati forte on the list of articulations in the pro edition, nor do I see any mention of looped samples. Are these in the Pro Edition?
