  • Thumbs up to VSL support

I had a problem registering my Orchestral package. I contacted support, and even though it was 12:30 AM in Vienna, Christian contacted me within a few minutes, and was able to resolve the problem.

I'm just letting you know that I'm very happy, not only because of the outstanding quality of your product, but because your team is courteous, smart, and efficient. Anyone thinking of making an investment in one of these new libraries should take this into consideration. [:D]

    Thanks!

    Ruben

  • I'll add my applause to the VSL team.

If there was an Internet award for best service and responsiveness to users, they'd walk away with it.

    Molto bravo!!

    Colin

  • Ditto 100%! [:D]

In contrast may I add that Time+Space in the UK were quite discourteous and defensive when I contacted them about a defective (1st ed.) percussion DVD, and seemed quite bored and almost irritated when I ordered the pro-ed. over the phone! [8-)] This sort of thing doesn't help VSL at all! I don't know whether anything can be done about that, but maybe good for the VSL team to know these things...

    All the best,

    Simon

  • I would like to agree with all of the above. Christian worked very hard to help me resolve my problem and e mailed me several times with excellent ideas.

Time + space were of no use and quite unhelpful even though I had just spent two and a half thousand pounds with them!! They even have the cheek to charge 25p per min for 'support' (although they don't tell you this when you order).

I would agree that VSL have one of the best products on the market and support to match. Maybe they should think about replacing Time+space!

  • Hi, I also have had problems with time+space even though they have been very helpful in the past. My Cube had three faulty disks which eventually were replaced after a number of long "support" calls.

I still have yet to receive my Cube manuals, despite phoning three times - although the Performance manual has now arrived - which is a step in the right direction.

Is there anything the VSL team can do to help?
