Hi folks,

I happily parted with my 310 pounds last week in order to upgrade my VSL special edition to the extended library. However, the website didn't send me the activation code to download the licence key via the utility. I emailed you twice and you still haven't replied. I know you are busy people but it would be nice to even get an acknowledgment that you got my email and am working on the issue.
