    I installed the Orchestral Strings 1 and 2.

    Everything went smooth with registration and all.

    Now, when I load up VI stand alone - it gives me the following message:

    MIDI Device busy or is not functioning at given parameters. Please, check program preferences.

    I have selected the right sound card and MIDI in port.

    I am using M-Audio Audiophile 192. There is no anti Virus software on this PC.


    But I am running Gigastudio 3 for Opus bundle, Epic Horns, Chamber Strings...etc and Performance tool.

    I dont know if they have reserved some settings for themselves as such.

    How can I get around this? I cant play from my MIDI keyboards. Everything else is working find with these MIDI settings.
