    having problems purchasing from the shop with visa card. after visa authentication i end up with a page stating order number and successframe. ???

    we are sorry having to admit there are unresolved problems with certain VISA authentication methods which are still under investigation by our paymentprovider and VISA. please contact sales@vsl.co.at or the distributor for your region for a possible back-office transaction.

    the word *successframe* has been put in intermediately to track the location where the transaction is hanging and you might simultaneously see a yellow exclamationmark in your browser's status-bar hinting to a javascript-error (usually: *not allowed*)
    this problem seems to be related to certain UK- and canadian-based banks which handle the password-check on their (not even VISA's) servers.

    ps: sometimes i can't help feeling that some taken security measures are somehow abstract or actually obscure ...

    So uh....what if sales@vsl.co.at doesn't reply back? How then do we order our product? (specifically geared towards a side-liscense, since I don't think those can be ordered off this site...)

    it should be fixed - we could confirm it works with danish, canadian and UK VISA cards participating on the *verified by vida* program which did not formerly. please let us know if something does not work for you.
