When setting keyswitches to switch matrices the MIDI learn function works well and means that I can reset the keyswitches, should I wish to, in a couple of seconds. However this function doesn't work on the cells inside the matrices, so I have to drag each and every keyswitch until it is on an appropriate note. This is made worse by the fact that all these drag operations in the GUI are slow and inaccurate using a mouse. In fact when setting the number of levels within a matrix my mouse often leaps around the screen....!
So, as far as I see it, the solution is to allow MIDI learn on everything that can have a keyswitch or controller operation, and also allow the user to type values in for everything else.
