    I was wondering if you have any news about when and how the update DVD will be shipped?

    The update DVD will be finalized, when the EXS Pro Eition mapping is finished (hopefully in a few weeks), because it will be a hybrid release for Gigastudio and EXS.

    What will the update have in it? What I've found I needed the most is loops on string tremolos, string/woodwind trills, percussion rolls and end-of-legato notes. A huge job to loop these I know...

    Is the same update DVD for Performance Set and Cube owners or are there seperate updates for each? Thanks - Jeff

    It's the same update DVD.
    Everyone could get it, except customers who only ordered the Cube Percussion set exclusively.

    The update sounds like it contains some rare goodies. But by my nature I am greedy, so...

    Are there any plans to loop the standard string sustains?

    I've noticed that many string sustains only last for 5 seconds - particularly the notes mapped to higher velocity values. This makes arranging to a deadline pretty hard work...! The notes mapped to lower velocity values sustain for the full 20 secs, but when you need a hard attack into a long sustain, time consuming crossfades are often the only answer. (I'm constantly having to program notes, then listen to them to hear whether or not they sustain for the time over which I've programmed them...)
