    My Synchron Steinway isn’t finding the samples.  I have set the Volume Scan Path to where the samples are.  I double click on presets and nothing happens. have reinstalled the instrument through the Vienna Assistant.  I have redownloaded and installed the samples.  No matter what I do, it won’t see/load the samples.
