    My Bosendorfer software synchron piano takes aged to load,even the pre set ones shown on the GUI. I have an iMac with a 2 terabit SSD and a ram of 32 gigabits running quad core i7 processors. When I first installed the software I upgraded to the SSD and it loaded fine now it does not. The Apple comp is very high spec. Has anyone any suggestions as I am very reluctant to use it because of this loading problem,although I love the sound. When playing for people they do not want to wait at least 1 to 2 minutes for me to start and play. Any suggestion. Thanks Trafford Reeder

    Sounds like some hardware troubles... Please get in touch with our support team: support@vsl.co.at, with as much technical information as you have available (use the "Create Support File" feature in your Vienna Assistant).
