Newbie here (the last time I had a studio setup was waaaaay back in the giga days.)
Just got VI solo strings and am working through the tutorials for the VI player. Everything was fine, I was experimenting with starting to create my own setups, and then, all of a sudden - no sound. I can play the virtual keyboard in VIPro with a mouse and hear sound. I can play my keyboard controller and see the green flashing light in the player show that it's receiving midi signal, but the virtual keys do not depress, and no sound is triggered. I flip back over to Logic to test my keyboard controller and it is controlling all other instruments on other tracks just fine. I have zero idea what I touched or did to do this, and I cannot figure out how to fix it. (did all the re-plugging of everything, rebooting, blah blah blah.)
It's gotta be something really, really stupid. Any takers?
