  • Setting up Synchron libraries in Logic and Pro Tools

I recently transitioned from EastWest Quantum Leap to the Vienna Synchro libraries, so I'm pretty new to the Vienna software.  I'd like to know what the "correct" way is to add several Synchro instruments to a Logic or Pro Tools session on Mac.  I've tried to load an instance of the Synchro Player plugin for each track in my projects.  However, I often get errors about running out of system resources (presumably RAM) in both programs when I play back a project that has more than 10 or 20 tracks.  On a few occasions, I've opened my projects without the eLicenser USB key plugged into my computer and found that all the Synchro Player instances I set up have lost their selected instrument presets (see attached screenshot); these are time-consuming to have to set up again.

I've also tried to use the Vienna Ensemble 6 (non-Pro) plugin included with my Synchro installation, but every time I add the VE6 plugin to a track, it generates a new Instance tab in the Vienna Ensemble window that I can't seem to close.
