Hello,
I seem to have run into a licensing problem with Mir Pro 24.
1. I had installed the 30-day demo, which provides a single download for Mir Pro and Mir Pro 24.
2. In my DAW, I used the "Vienna Mir Pro x64" plugin (which is the only plugin visible for the product after install).
3. Prior to the end of the demo period, I purchased Mir Pro 24 and the Teldex room pack (and installed/activated via eLicenser). It continued to work.
4. Today, when I went to add the Vienna Mir Pro x64 plugin to a project, I was given an eLicenser message saying that it could not find the license, leaving me unable to use the product.
So, my questions are:
1. Why is this happening? I had assumed that, since the demo was a single installer shown for both products, that I would be able to use it and (in the case of it being Mir Pro 24) would just be restricted to using 24 instances.
2. If there is a separate plugin for the 24 version, why does it not show in my DAW?
3. If the answer to the previous is yes, is there an easy way to convert a project using < 24 Mir Pro instances to automatically switch to Mir Pro 24? It would be a tremendous hassle to have to do this manually.
Thank you,
-Chris
