  • Resolved: FREE BIG BANG ORCHESTRA installed!

  • Hi Ian,

The data should be assign in the region BELOW the User Presets line (this is for the, well.... User presets).

The correct location is automatically assigned with your installation, and an adjustment is only necessary if you decide to move the data AFTER installation.

You can always send quick screenshots to support@vsl.co.at, so we can help you more efficiently.

    Best,
    Paul

    Hi,

It sounds to me like you downloaded the packed sample content but didn't install it.
Fix: Delete the folder, download the sample content in the Download Manager, after that the installer will open. Continue with installation.

If you have unchecked the auto-install checkbox in the Download Manager, wait until the content is downloaded and then press the install button.

    Best, Ben

  • Hi, I have the same problem.

I get the error message could not load Big Bang Orchestra.

    Running new versions of everything,
The library in the folder looks complete. The folder is recognizes in the database.
Probably some simple thing I'm failing to do.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks!big bang
