    Hello VSL community

    Just a question I have before I purchase a MIRx room; is it possible to use a MIRx preset for pre-eq, position and stereo width for an instrument, but not turn on the reverb so the instrument is still dry?

    Welcome Dazza,

    yes, there's a dedicated control for wet/dry ratio in MIRx which could be used to achieve your goal. Just be aware that the CPU consumption will stay the same like that, so it's not like turning off the convolution engine completely.
