Flautando in latest Sibelius Symphonic Library housestyle and Soundset

I just tried the latest (Posted by Andi on Wed, Jun 20 2018 11:43) updated Sibelius VE Strings soundset with Synchron Strings 1. I get back super sounds and articulations (e.g. legato espressivo) - except for "flautando".

The definition exists in the dictionary as <SoundIDChange="+flautando"> and I can trigger it by inserting C#1+G#2 into the staff; however, I get nothing by creating "flautando", whether as a Technique Text (as suggested in the Optimizing Sibelius Playuback V3.7) or as an Expression text or even as a regular Staff text .

What's the secret?

Hello Gil!

The Technique text command "flautando" works as expected here with the Synchron Strings. Maybe you have another command from earlier in the score that's not reset and which overrules "flautando". Have you tried putting an "ord." command before the "flautando" command? If that's not the reason for the problem, maybe there's a mistake somewhere in your setup. Please check the Troubleshooting chapter of the "Optimizing Sibelius Playback" manual.
