MIR Pro Channel Levels and Manual Channel Level Changes

MIR Pro sets gain levels for each channel, I assume depending on the instruments chosen (their Natural Volume) and the stage location.

If the set level of a channel is too quiet compared to other channels, do I "break" something about what MIR Pro is doing if I manually increase (or decrease as the case may be) the channel level?

MIR Pro's "Natural Volume" presets for Vienna Instruments are meant to be used as quick starting points. The actual balance between the individual instruments will depend a lot on the arrangement, the chosen MIR Venue, and of course on your personal taste.

In other words: No, you won't break anything by changing these settings. Quite the contrary - actually you're _expected_ to do so! ;-)

BTW - if you think that setting "Natural Volume" automatically hinders more than it helps, just switch it off in MIR Pro's Preferences. You can still recall it manually for individual channels.
