I thought maybe a forum post would help get attention, because I haven't had a single non-automated response from VSL support yet over the last few days. I bought some licenses for Special Edition Vol. 1 bundle, VI pro, and MIRx Teldex, which they approved after the previous owner paid the fee. I received the eLicenser in the mail several days ago, confirmed it had all the promised licenses, and told VSL support that I received it (more than once). It's frustrating dealing with this unexpected delay because I'd like to get things on the road ASAP.
Is there some kind of promised response time? I can't figure out how to get the attention of VSL support.
