Is there a way, or is it necessary, to tell VI Pro whewe to look for samples/libraries?
VI Pro opens with Epic Orchestra visible and ready to load. I recently added a few solo instruments, and installed them in the same folder, "Vienna", as Epic Orchestra. They are in their own sub-folder within the main "Vienna" folder.
The thing is, that I can't seem to find them to load them into an instance of VI Pro.
Any ideas?

Actually there is no special action necessary, but please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").
Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.
More information about how the Directory Manager works can be found in the video "How to use the Directory Manager".
If that doesn´t work, check that you have actually installed the files (so there should be *.dat files).
If you can only find *.cab files, click "INSTALL" in the Download Manager.

I deleted the folders, as you suggested, then dragged the content folders back into the Directory Manager.
There are indeed *.cab files, and not *.dat files. Incidentally, when i was downloading the content for the first time, I had the "auto-install" option shecked.
How do I get the Download Manager to see the *.cab files to install them?

You can also install those files manually:
1) Start the LIBRARY INSTALLER you find in your "Vienna Instruments" application folder
2) Point it to the "package.info" file in your downloaded installation folders.
3) Follow the installation instructions.

.... so, the saga continues. Flute 1, Alto flute, Tenor trombone, Bass Trombone, Epic Orchestra, Saxophones and Upright Bass do not have the "Package.info" file. Piccolo and Contra-bass Trombone do, but when I try installing with "Library installer" I keep getting a message saying, "Cannot read installation package (file is corrupted)".
Any ideas?
