    I have a problem with the vienna key with serial number 1103781, at this Vienna Key are all my licenses string instruments, keyboards and some others. I can not continue working, please need your urgent help!.
     
    When I connect Vienna Key to the USB port the red light then blinks 2 times and off, and the eLicenser software does not detect the Vienna Key. No physical damage, just stopped working. This Vienna Key registered it on the next date 2012-08-14.
     
    I connected the vienna all usb key available in my mac but does not work
     
    Working with the updated version 6.9.3.8187 eLicenser number, until yesterday the key vienna working properly.
     
    My team is a Mac Pro (Mid 2012), 2 x 3.06 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon, 80 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC, ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB With Logic Pro 9.1.8, Logic and Ableton Live x 9.
     
    Please urgently need to finish a job, I need your help!
