deleting house style files

I am a mac user and  I have a very weird problem. I migrated my whole setup to a new computer. I was a little rush and copied the folder of my sibelius to my new one before installing the housestyles file from your installer. 

Well since i changed the VSL house style file in my old computer I have the same changes written into the new one. and i cannot have a clean VSL house style file. I uninstalled and reinstalled sibelius 3 times already erasing the .plist fies even and all te avid folders in the aplication support in both libraries.

obviously there is something that it wrote into your files which is borrowed and i don't want to uninstall the whole VSL for this. any way to safely uninstall only the house styles so i can cleanly reinstall them ?

by the way to write your own house style in sibelius (since it doesn't late you exprt your changes) -  

1. go to the house style folder in application support/Avid/Sibelius 7.5/House Styles/

2. duplicate the vsl house style file in there (it will be the only one) and change its name to the one you want to create.

3. now go to sibelius make yur desired changes and export the file with the new name .. it will accept your changes and you can then use these house style in all your other files.

(i know you know it but some don't like i didn't :) it's a tip worth adding to your pdf about sibelius. .

Hello Assif! 

Sibelius checks a few folders for House Style files. To get a list of all folders on Mac OS for Sibelius 7.5, please ask the Sibelius support.

The VSL Soundset Installer copies the "Vienna Symphonic Library House Style" for Sibelius 7.5 to the following folder on Mac OS:

Users/your username/Library/Application Support/Avid/Sibelius 7.5/House Styles

The Users/your username/Library folder is hidden by default. To get access, go to the folder Users/your username. Then choose Go/Go to folder and enter “Library”.

By the way. The procedure you are describing for creating a new House Style based on the VSL House Style isn't necessary. Simply load the VSL House Style, make some changes and export it with a new name.

Thank you for the answer. Still like I said I deleted the all the Sibelius house style files from all the folders. I can't have a clean vsl house style file installed . Weird and I can't figure it out. Export house style won't work unless I have that file existing already its a weird thing in Sibelius (at least in mine) Thank you Best Assif
