I have a big problem, I know maybe that is not the right forum, but I'm really disappointed with the Sibelius support and hope to find some help here.
But step by step:
About 2 month ago a cought a virus and I had to setup Win 7 professional completely new. I also set up Sibelius 5.2.1 again and so I did with my vienna products (instruments, suite, ensemble, MIR) Since I did so I have the following situation
If I would enter a note by mouse in sibelius it appears twice! If I decide to write a quater I recieve two quaters! If i try to select a written note in an old score the note is emedeatly extinguished and replaced by a note of the same value. There are no problems with hearing a score, so the connection between the programms is fine. I wrote two times to the sibelius support but I got no answer. I don't think that theres an vienna problem, but maybe someone of you had the same problem once.
I tried to setup sibelius a several times I also did an internet upgrade to 5.2.5 but nothing changed. I did also an upgrade of my win 7 version ...but nothings changed
Before the Virus crash I had the same programms und also the same win 7 system.
Maybe you could give me a helping hand?
