    So I just registered my Vienna Ensemble Pro software and I'm thinking I forgot to take down the activation code. (This is the first time I've owned a product from VSL). Anyway, next thing I did was click on the Activate Instrument link on the left to register Epic Orchestra, which I did notice had an activation number which I put in my eLicenser and everything worked OK. However, I can't seem to find the activation number anywhere in my User Area for my Ensemble Pro activation. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I have two more serials obviously for Ensemble Pro but I'd like to get this one working correctly. Thank you! Drew

     You don't see the activation code in your user area (just the serial numbers), but you should have received an email with the activation codes in

    unfortunately, i didn't get an email.  I went ahead and registered another one of my serial numbers for VEPro but this didn't generate an email either.  I did manage to copy the activation this time so I'm up and working, but I still don't have the activation for the first serial.  Checked my spam box and everything.  Is there sometimes a delay?  Very odd.

     I have never had a delay, the email comes back straight away. Perhaps you had better check your profile in your USER Area to make sure the email address is right, if it isn't you can do a Request Data Change, though if this is wrong, I'm not sure how to recover the misdirected email.

     Email support. there is nothing that us regular forum users can do to fix this.
