    I know that many of you have issues with the length of time Kontakt takes unloading samples. My latest VEP template uses about 15 Kontakt VIs, most of them Broadway Big Band. When I quit VEP, my VI Frame takes 10 minutes to close out. Is this normal? Or is something possibly wrong with my setup? I just bought an OWC SSD and put all my BBB samples on it and I barely notice a difference.

    when I was using K3.5 and earlier builds of VE Pro, it could take a while for VE Pro server to quit, and often I force quit and restarted the machine. later builds effectively address this.

    are you using an older build?

     I have something like 40 kontakt VIs, and it takes about 6 - 9 minutes to close out VE Pro on an i7 920. I'm on the next to the latest build.
