    Hi, I purchased VEPro recently. I actually did download the demo first and noticed that Epic Orchestra was not available to demo. So I never got those samples of course.

    Well, now that I have the install DVD's I still cannot find where the download is. On the actual install DVD marked Epic Orchestra I can only see a file called package.info and several setup.cab files....none of which will open.

    I went to the download page at my user area and I saw the Epic Orchestra. It seemed to suggest I need to download the Download Manager but there is no clickable link for that. Nothing seems to work.

    I also tried registering the Epic Orchestra serial number at the Vienna instruments registration page but it said the serial number did not match a library or something, and trying to enter it at the VEPro page it said it was not a valid serial number. ( of course because it is for Epic but I had to try )

    Can somebody please tell me a step by step path to get these files, I will really appreciate it as I am quite frustrated with myself and I am wasting valuable recording time now.

     I had a similar problem with Epic Orchestra when I tried to enter the activation code into the eLicenser saying that the code had been used. This was because the activation code VSL emailed me was wrong, when I registered the library on line, it gave me a different activation code that worked. Though mine was a download purchase, not from DVD.

    You need to install the LIBRARY INSTALLER application, then you run the library installer and it will prompt you for the package.info file on your DVD, this will then decompress the cab files and install it into your selected directory. It will only work from the library installer application.

    That did it..... I was able to install the library. Now I just have to register and authorize and I'm good to go. Thanks again.
