I've noticed that there are lots of little, yet specific, things people need to do to have a successful VEP experience. Even one little step overlooked can cause you hours of troubleshooting. ... it has for me atleast. ie - preferences in DP, PTools, Logic, etc. (maybe separate threads for each program?) Airport stuff, network settings, router settings...etc....
Maybe admins for VE Pro, or even users can share their success's vs fails at using this amazing program
