Just arrived here and I do not like to post any issues but I'm very anxious to start to use my new Horizon Series purchase: Chambers strings, Solo strings, Vienna Hpars and Vienna Concert Guitar but...but...
All started with the registration. First I enter my personal data. Then I click on register products and I started to register one by one. Later and without left the explorer I went to the tools link and I started to download manuals and perfomance tool. Everything was ok. But when I click on Midi files the system prompted to login again.
That's what I made but all my registered products vanished. No logner acces to any tools and I can not activate the perfomance tool on my computer.
The funny thing was that I have received an email confirmation for every product registered.
Well in a try to resolve by myself this issue I started to register the products again and the system reports that exists other user which this serial numbers registered!!! I know I'm the only one. But even crying in front of the computer the system ignores me.
May I ask for some kind of beatiful help?
